198x video game release Nintendo switch

So I am always late to the game for new video games because like any college student I cannot afford the the newest and greatest game console or for the game for that matter. But I have lovely person that lets me play a games from time to time. In this one particular was chef’s kiss amazing for any one who loves 80s nostalgia. From the button smashing arcade gameplay to specific loathing car dashing game that for some reason has no point to it. But my favorite part of the of this is the storyline to it. It does not just have you playing old school games but there is kid that speaks through cut scenes. And let me tell yeah “this kid is going through some shit” because he/she is finding some deeper meaning in playing games than I would have thought.

One of the artist mentioned in chapter three is Dara BirnBaum, Rio Videowall  (1989) a sculpture installation of TVs on top each other making a one huge image(138).  And while the image of  natural landscapes playing on the twenty-five monitors as a shoppers passes by there are bodies a rematerialized into the monitor thanks to the surveillance cameras set up. Exploring body flow of data as well. However, the idea of the images past and recording present images is cool idea because humans are the cause for disruption in the natural world. Having it in a mall adds a deeper meaning to destroying nature for new mall or commercialization.
